JoyMingle products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or improper storage

• Damage occurring after use or decoration

At our discretion, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
